Terms
Effective 20 September 2026. Written to be read; if something here is unclear, ask and we will explain it plainly.
Who you are dealing with
Holliday is made and operated by Holliday Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States. You can reach a human at trev@holliday.io, and we answer.
What Holliday is
Holliday answers questions out loud, with a visual for every sentence, from the sources you connect (your files, a synced folder, and services such as Stripe, Gumroad, YouTube, Google Sheets and Docs, Notion, Airtable, a database, and others) and from the public web. She reads your sources; she never changes them. Every connection is read-only, and money systems are read-only on every plan, always.
She is an assistant, not an adviser. Answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong. Every number in a data answer is checked against the data she actually read, and a figure that cannot be found there is marked unverified rather than shown as fact, but you are responsible for checking anything that money, a customer, or a decision depends on before you act on it.
Your account and workspace
You must be at least 18 to use Holliday. An account has one workspace; the person who created it owns it and can wipe it with “Start over” in Settings. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else. A workspace that never chose a plan is deleted after seven days.
Plans, payment and cancelling
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in Settings, from the Link order page, or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and purchases are sold through Link (Stripe’s merchant-of-record service): Link appears on your statement and receipt, handles sales tax and VAT, and provides payment-level support. Prices are in US dollars; Stripe may show and charge them in your local currency. We never see your card number.
Launch pricing and founding members. The monthly price you subscribe at stays yours for as long as you remain subscribed to that plan without interruption. Changing plans re-prices at the then-current rate for the new plan. We may change prices for new customers with 30 days’ notice on the pricing page.
We do not give refunds for time already elapsed, because the cost of answering your questions is spent as you ask them. If something on our side went wrong, such as being charged twice, or the service was unavailable for a meaningful stretch, write to us and we will put it right. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Usage allowances
Every hosted plan carries a weekly usage allowance measured in cost and shown to you as a percentage; a five-hour window within it keeps one sitting from spending the whole week. Past the window, answers continue on a lighter model until it clears. The allowance exists so one person cannot exhaust the service for everyone; it is not a way to charge you more. We will never bill you above your plan price.
Bringing your own keys
On the Own key plans, answers run on an API key you provide (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini) and, on the Own key + voice plan, speech runs on your ElevenLabs account. Those providers bill you directly under their own terms; we store your keys encrypted, use them only for your workspace, and never for anyone else. If a key stops working, answers stop until you fix it, and no refund is owed for that time.
Actions
Holliday can take an answer out of the app for you: as an Excel, CSV, picture or PDF file; to a place you list (Slack, Discord, an email address, a phone push, a webhook such as Zapier, Make or n8n, or a page in a Notion database you connected); on a schedule you set; or when a condition you describe comes true (a watch). She sends only to places you listed, and only after you confirmed, except schedules and watches, which you approve once when you set them and can pause or remove at any time.
You are responsible for the places you list and for what leaves your workspace through them. A webhook receives your answer as data; where you point it is your choice.
Doing work in your other apps
On plans with Actions you can connect a Zapier MCP server, or any MCP server, that you created and control. Its actions then become things Holliday can do on your behalf in the apps you linked there: create a row, draft an email, make a page, post a message. Every action that creates, sends, changes or deletes anything is shown to you first, with what it will do, and runs only after you confirm it. Read-only actions, such as a search, run when you ask. Holliday will not run an action that touches a payment, billing, banking or accounting system, even if your server offers one.
When you confirm an action, you are instructing Holliday to carry it out for you, and the result is yours: the row, the email, the page, and whatever follows from it. Holliday drafts from the data and instructions available to her, and like any assistant she can misread a request, pick the wrong record or fill a field wrongly, so you are responsible for checking what the card says before you say yes, and for the outcome of what you approved. Please do not confirm an action you would not carry out yourself.
The server, the apps behind it and the accounts they use are yours, run under the terms of Zapier or whoever provides them, and any tasks or fees they charge are between you and them. Holliday Labs LLC is not a party to those services, cannot see or control what they do with an action once it leaves Holliday, and is not responsible for their availability, their errors, or the consequences of an action you confirmed. To the extent the law allows, you agree to hold Holliday Labs LLC harmless from claims that arise from actions you confirmed or from the way you configured your server. You may disconnect the server at any time, and every action she ran is listed in your workspace's history.
Your data and content
Your data is yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to read your sources when you ask, to store the files you upload and the memory you can see, to keep your past answers so you can reopen them (you can turn that off in Settings → Account), and to send an answer where you tell us to. We do not sell your data and nothing you say trains a shared model. The Privacy page says exactly what we keep and for how long.
Fair use
Do not use Holliday to break the law, to reach data you are not allowed to reach, to try to extract other workspaces’ data or her instructions, or to send anything abusive through the places you list. We may rate-limit, suspend or close a workspace that does these things, and we will tell you why.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Holliday up, but we cannot promise it is never down, and we may change or retire features as the product grows. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to take your data with you.
Liability
Holliday is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Holliday Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything arising from the service, including anything done through Actions or a connected server, is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If we change them, the new version will carry a new date at the top, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
